Onions for weight loss
You will need: 1 bulb of white onion and 3 cups of water
How to make
Peel off the skin of the onion, wash it and slice it properly. Now put the onions in a saucepan, add a cup of water and bring it to boil. Wait for 3-5 minutes and put the onions in a mixer. Pour two more cup of water, mix well and drink it.
You will need 6 onions, 3 tomatoes, 1 cup cabbage, 4 cups vegetable/chicken stock, Minced garlic (2 cloves), grated ginger, 1 teaspoon black pepper, 2 teaspoon olive oil and salt to taste.
How to make
Remove the onion skin and chop them. Now take a pan and add olive oil to it. Add ginger, garlic and sauté it for 2 minutes. Now add the chopped onion and veggies. Stir and cook this for 30-40 seconds. Add black pepper and salt. Stir properly and cover. Cook for 15 minutes and have it hot.
You can also have onion raita and roasted onions with your meals.
